Fitness Unplugged: Instructors Terri Palin and Candice Cyr. Designed for women who desire an “unplugged” version of the traditional high intensity fitness class; learn how to use light weights, resistance tubing, stability & medicine balls, as well as your own weight to strengthen and tone your muscles. Mixed with some light & uncomplicated cardio steps you’ll get a great “unplugged” workout.
